Mushroom Recipes I'm Dying to Try

When I'm not so tired and actually find time.

Or, I'll rope Brian into whipping one of these up, especially after this baby boy is born. He is of course, the mushroom guy.


PLUS, fun fact: before Brian began his engineering career, he worked in a French restaurant for a year making crepes.... which just cracks me up. But, it's been the best surprise skill ever to have in a husband. Weekend brunches are always a to-do, and our "date nights"mainly consist of making a ridiculously rich dinner at home after the girls are asleep.


So, with the combo of restaurant skills and a passion for mushroom hunting, it should be easy to convince him to help with one of these amazing dishes below.
