PLUS, fun fact: before Brian began his engineering career, he worked in a French restaurant for a year making crepes.... which just cracks me up. But, it's been the best surprise skill ever to have in a husband. Weekend brunches are always a to-do, and our "date nights"mainly consist of making a ridiculously rich dinner at home after the girls are asleep.
So, with the combo of restaurant skills and a passion for mushroom hunting, it should be easy to convince him to help with one of these amazing dishes below.
